600s at chateau

Weather: nice and breezy

Comments:
ok so my quads felt really sore all weekend, especially on the sides, but i felt ok on the first 3 600s and was at the front of the girls group. but on the tempo, i just felt like crap. on the second half of the tempo, i fell behind a bit because the sides of my quads just felt like rocks and then my right shin was all tight and heavy too. so after i had my little whining time and we started the second group of 600s, i felt completely better and ran barefoot. but on the second half of the last 600, when i was planning on sprinting my tail off, i got a sideache and just couldnt go faster because the pain was just awful. haha i felt lopsided and almost started laughing when i saw my shadow as i was running because i just looked so rediculous. haha oh well im just thankful that i didnt get the sideache until the last one! then some serious abs afterwards!! overall, a very hard day, but its good to feel a little pain every now and then; it's good to know i'm working hard.
