Went really fast on the first 3 600s and then was goin pretty fast out on the Tempo run and was going crazy fast on the way back trying to catch Chris and Taylor, then the last 3 600s were hard but fast, nice running them without shoes! And by the way, never, I mean never go shirtless on abs!!
