ran the same workout as last monday. six- mile tempo run at approx 5:40-5:50 pace. this week it felt a lot more labored, possibly because of the heat. also i didn't get enough sleep, caught up in homework. still managed to finish with the top group.
3x300 accelerative striders- felt good if i ignored the pain. Day 2 of weights, core(8 random), ice bath(10 min)
