No, roomie, I'm NOT drunk!

Comments:
Went out for a long run today, because there's no way I'm registering for a 10k this month if I can't handle running 6 miles at a time. Well, I made it 6 miles over the course of the whole day, but the whole thing (including stopping to stretch about five times and a bathroom break) took me around two hours! :\

By the time I got home, I was so delirious from the dehydration and the exertion (my heart rate during the 3.8 middle interval [during which the treadmill was set to do easy 12 minute miles] reached as high as 240 bmp...which I'm pretty sure isn't supposed to be possible) that my roomie thought I was drunk. Haha I guess I was staggering and slurring. I could barely make it the whole 1.2 miles back to my apartment. BUT I DID!~ :D

I was fine for the first three miles (including the mile warm up), so I figure I'm halfway there... 23 training days left...
