Weather: 65 and humid, windy, overcast

Comments:
Another run on turtle creek. It is nice to get out of the urban areas for a while. It is quiet and unbusy at this point. I almost didn't go today. I am glad I did. I feel a lot more organized, healthy, and better about myself. I also crave healthy foods. I am doing well.

I think I should think about racing this summer, maybe a 5k on the fourth?
