Headed out to do 12. ha! I've been drinking too much beer lately. I was so dehydrated by the first loop I came in for water and gulped down two full bottles. What can I say, there's been a lot going on lately... The blueberry is Monday, and I was hoping to have had a nice long run in before the big day. I am planning on going for a PR this year, but then again I say that every year. Despite the challenges, I need to stay the course and carb load, and hydrate hydrate hydrate days before the race. not during.

I'm wearing my wave creation 11's exclusively now. I got exactly 300 miles out of the wave creation 10's and they are done now. (which is about 50 miles sooner than they say)
