Weather: warm, nice.
Comments:
some days you're the dog, some days you're the hydrant. Today i was the latter academically, the former athletically. As soon as the test was over, all i wanted to do was run the workout, i couldn't even take a nap after classes, which is unusual as of late. Legs felt dead after the third interval, but i just kept cranking; it ended up being a really great workout, and my first hill workout in weeks.

legs hurt like hell now (but in a good way).
