Comments:
10min warmup, 1800, 3x1200, 800 (3:13), 2x goat hill. 10min cooldown, stretch, pushups, situps, 10min icebath. I felt strong in this workout, I hit pace or under on all of my intervals. My hip seems to be getting better, but a muscle on the upper inside of my left quad was sore/tight today; I am not sure why. other than that a really good day.
