Comments:
i felt like crap before the race so i kept on stretching and using The Stick to try and feel better, i guess it helped a little. i was still sore from wednesday's workout and the first mile felt really hard! i was dreading having to go harder the next two miles cuz i felt like crap. but i guess it was a good thing that i went out like that cuz towards the the end of the second mile i just forgot about how bad i was feeling and i just ran, which was nice. I remember at the end thinking that the faster i run, the sooner i can get to carl's jr. and have my burger. It did'nt feel very fast to me but i'm really excited about my time cuz its only a couple seconds of my pr!
p.s. the burger and milk shake was da bomb!
