Around top lake. First 2 miles were easy, middle 3 were harder, and last 3 felt fast. Ran with Corey. Felt good, but definitely was tired afterward. This is the longest that I've run since my shins started hurting in early August, and they felt good, only hurt a little, so that's good.

I haven't done my PT exercises in a while...need to get back on that because at last Friday's PT appt he added some exercises. I will get back into that this week.
Steroid patches this afternoon...only one more treatment!
