WE did 2xmile and 2x800 3-4min break in between.
It was suppose to be a bit faster than 5k pace, so i didn't go all out. 5:08 and then 5:20. I tried to get 5:08 again but i couldn't. But i still think thats good enough. Then we did 2x800 first going down then going up. felt good. first race on FRIDAY!! EXCITED!
