Sore all over

Weather: sunny, breezey

hard to get out of bed today, everything was sore at the beginning of the run, kind of loosened up during the run, but still felt slow the whole time. started out with brett, then was on my own up to forrest hills, the trail was nice and kept me slow (not that i really needed any help today). strides when i got back felt pretty good actually. messed up watch, so i'm not totally sure what time i ran, other than it was over 7min pace. Also, of all my muscles, i think my jaw was the most sore because of that damn "Quench" gum.

lifted and ups after, should probably start doing real abs again now that my hip isn't exploding anymore.
