10*400, recovery jog down, mainly w/ Chris & Link
CD bottom of Mayfield hill, Cov, Euclid Heights, Cedar, Ambleside, Veale; stretch, 50*pushups

new shoes made the achilles not a problem, so hopefully that is behind me, even though I had to drop $95 at Second Sole today. but anyways the workout, mostly I was chasing Chris Kelly up the hill, and I mentally quit the 9th and 10th repeat. Actually those 2 repeats were piss poor but oh well, on the bright side, I could be out for a month like what happened in April.
