Comments:
Workout today!! It wasn't as hard as yesterdays workout but it was still pretty good. Three sets of a 400, and three 200s with longer rests. The second 400 was the hardest, and the last 400 was the fastest. The 200s were fine, nothing horrible, nothing great. After Bettine left it was good practice for being alone in a race, which I needed.
