YAY 1000s!!!

Weather: breezy and cool

Comments:
Got off crutches yesterday but trainer wanted me to rest for the day so that was a good call i think. was able to convince him to let me run the workout on the track instead of the course, another good call. 5x1000 with 90seconds rest. it took me more like 1:45 to jog bakc to the start and record my splits though, so meh. the workout felt soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. concentrated so well. had a rhythm and stuck to it. splits were 4:12, 4:07, 4:09, 4:07, 4:13. only a little pain on the cooldown, i'm guessing from calves being sore. otherwise :)
