Weather: 61 and rainy
Comments:
Gotta admit,it was kind of fun to run in the rain. Temp was fabulous...wore my old shoes though...I could definitely tell the difference.
New distance...warmup for 5, run 3 walk 90 sec run 5 walk 2.5 run 3 walk 1.5 run 5...walked for one minute during the last 5...but then ran and felt great! Really need to ditch the slow music...
