Weather: really humid and kinda rainyish
Comments:
nice tempo, felt really comfortable and didn't have to push it too much, just settled into a rhythm immediately and was fine, went 6:02, 5:58, 6:00, 5:51, 5:53 all approximate cause the 1/4 mile markers were messed up in some places, pushed it a little on the way back but nothing terrible, still disappointed not to be racing today but in the long run it might be a good thing
