from Clarke up NP to Shelburne, Green, Shaker, Sulgrave, Fairmount, Green, back on Washington Blvd. to Euclid Heights, down Cedar back through campus to Clarke.

started out with both ankles feeling really tender, those loosened up throughout the run. threw in 3 x 45 second surges coming back on Washington Blvd around miles 11-12 because it always feels easy to cruise back to campus on that road. stopped @ 14 by Veale to talk to Chris.

solid runs yesterday and today make me think that listening to my body and taking it easy last week will leave me in good shape for the rest of the season.
