Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
At the farm. Legs got pretty tired in the second half. My shins hurt during the warmup and the first 5 or 10 minutes of the workout, but it went away after that. I had a 1:00 interval, which I liked, even though having the 3:00 one last time made me feel really powerful. Pancakes afterward
