Regular Run

Weather: hazy, very muggy and humid

Comments:
First serious run since nationals which were may 28th-29th i think. anyway felt hard, it is really humid so it was hard to breath. Having lots of aches and pains in the groin area but not too bad. hard to run ran through the first mile in a little over 7 minutes. got me real discouraged and the run as a whole was very hard and it was hard to breath. Muscles were fine i guess. Not bad for taking 4 months completely off with no activity. getting back into it. esther inspired me to run today. made me feel better.
