Long Run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went back to Otterbein and ran with a friend who goes there. Ended up going 13 instead of our planned 12. Felt good the whole time, just tired. Only got an hour (two if you count the ride back to Cleveland) of sleep for the weekend and had rather long trips in the car. Legs are a lil tight now but feel decent in all other aspects.
