Comments:
Started slow until things thinned out in the first couple of miles. At 3 miles, was at 8:00 miles--quicker than planned--and picked up tempo a bit. Held that pace through the 1/2 turn-araound in the second loop--at almost 9 miles; saw Steph Spiegel and decided to catch up to her. Last four miles felt quick--caught Steph at mile 12. Once chip time comes through, time should be at 1:39:20ish--I was hoping for 1:44:00...yeah me.
Felt really good throughout.
