Cooldown up Fairhill to Coventry to North Park back (with Link, Chris Kelly)
I went to bed at 10:30 last night and got ten hours of sleep, so I was not completely exhuasted all day like yesterday, but still very sore and mentally tired. I came into this workout mentally in trouble, frustrated with how every day is a struggle. For the first few intervals I was a mental train wreck. But, I slowly realized that I wasn't getting tired and that there was no reason I couldn't run with the second pack of the first group, so I did a little better on each subsequent interval after the second one. My legs were rather sore before I even started and I had a hard time moving fast. I got demolished on the downhills. My knee was sore, not bad really, but sore enough that I skipped lifting. I was sufficiently sore it was time for an ice bath!
