Ok so we did 400's today, they felt great. Started out strong on the first one i could have gone faster but i held back, second it was tougher but still ok kept moving my legs and arms, on the third my legs were extra stiff and heavy, i havent been drinking water so thats probably why, the fourth i was dying but i loved it i think my time was a 1:33 so def not my best, all the girls where doing great. i wanted to keep running the last two sets but i had to come home. Life is starting to get really stressful for me right now and time is hard to find, I missed a day of my AP classes and i'm having to play catch up, not to mention i have to study for my SAT wich is this friday, Student Council matters have died down a bit since homecoming ended but there is still french club, amnesty international, cross country,NHS, Future Politicians of america, Writers guild, History club, and Mayors youth advisory council, with my AP Gov. AP English and Phisics homework to add to the pile it only makes my days shorter, I want to visit my grandparents aswell, but I have to come up with a way of finding more time in my schedule to do all of this, but for now the way my parents see it is that some sacrifices must be made. But hey why should i be complaining there are people out there who are having a much harder time than i am, im just a big baby complaining. Anyways ill talk to you tomorrow coach and chris if you are reading this i have so much respect for what you are doing and how well you manage your time...well time to do homework later gaters
