Felt good at the time, now not so much so

Weather: perfect long run temp

first three alone, felt terrible, once we got going as a group things felt quite good, gjoraas and i ran most of it together, and we were cruising on the way back especially, about 6mpm for the last 3, but it felt great. after strides my hip started hurting again a little bit, last mile back to the house was fine, but as soon as i was done i tightened up a ton again.
