It is very frustrating to watch everyone run outside kickin butt and getting better while I'm inside. Ran out, did drills, one 800, but ended up running back in and doing a mimic of the workout on the elliptical where I went hard (180) then break (160) at ramp 4, resistance 5. Leg strength and new hip work. *Time is estimate and exercise
