Weather: I love a gray sky on race day

Comments:
I did really bad this race. Really bad. My "fake" injury wasn't too bad because I took ibuprofen but it was hard on the warm up. Compared to my p.r. last week, I sucked. The warm up felt a little painful, and race was just bad. I had a little cramp during the race probably because not enough water, but over all it was all bad. Bad bad bad. Cool down was pretty slow.
