was tough run had left back rib cramp..ran 5 mile with a lot of doubt in my head but I pushed thru. Had a stressful day so blame it on that. Legs felt good...calves were tight at end of run due to hills. Good workout. Balega hidden comfort socks & broken shorts. Ran with ipod
