Oh my goodness, I felt like I was going to throw up the ENTIRE time. Wthhhhhhhh! This is so annoying :'( my hip is feeling better though. I guess I have to start drinking more water. I know that my first mile was 9:30 and I wasn't gasping for air, my stomach just hurt...really badly.
