Weather: nice when i was running, crap the rest of the day

Wanted to up my milage a bit this week, but when i woke up to go for an easy 5 this morning, i wasn't feeling it. I'm actually pretty proud of myself for having the self-discipline to NOT run myself into the ground for once. took it quite easy for the run, after about 2 i was feeling a lot better. strides felt good, nothing like mud between the toes.
