Weather: hot and windy

Comments:
two mile warm up. first 1000 was at 2:47. we ran a mile then ran the next 1000 at 3:03, ran another mile at 3:00. then another mile then the last 1000 with what we had, ran 2:36. first 1k felt easy, the 3 min 1k's werent too hard. the last one was a lil challenging. couldn't go too hard bc hip was hurtin before work out, it bothered me the first 30 or 40 meters every 1000m so i was pushing as hard as i could go without makin hip worse. one and a half mile cool down.
