Ugh, i have no strength left in me (Mile Breakdowns)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Was still sick but i tried my best, i was dehydrated and i hadn't eaten much today. We did mile breakdowns where we ran a mile hard, 3/4 a mile hard, half a mile hard, and then 1/4 a mile hard. Coach let all of us except syd and ella sit out of the half mile because we were still sick. I could hardly sand up by the end of practice. I also almost had a panic attack in the middle of my run because my legs were about to give out on me and my throat was sticking to itself and my breathing got out of control. I'm ready for this sickness to be over with.
