Comments:
didnt have much to drink all day so i was dehidrated, plus still sore from the last few days. im still feeling completely injury free though, which is great. i need to start having a water bottle at school so i drink more. i did 3 threshold miles, but on the third one it was hard to breathe because it felt like my throat was not letting much air in.
