Today I was the hydrant.

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cold, windy, i guess i'd better start getting used to it though.

tempo, 6 at 5:30 pace, i was constantly slipping off, finally caught up at 4, but then died pretty hard. 33:15, plenty hard i think though.

Starting to feel sick, thought i'd make it through alright, but my house is filled with it, so i guess it was inevitable, hopefully i can kill it quickly. Left shin also hurt pretty badly, and i think i ate too much for lunch because I kind of felt like i was going to puke for the last mile+. Also chafed and tightened up badly towards the end. Basically, it was a TS kind of day.
