10 minute warmup, 30 seconds recovery between reps.

2k: 7:12 (5:45 pace)
2k: 6:50 (5:28 pace)

At the start of the workout I felt pretty good. It was tough with the wind, the entire backstretch along the cornfield was into the wind. They were also burning something behind the KAC and the smoke was blowing onto the field. I felt fine during the workout, just not very strong. Around 7k my knee started to bother me a little bit. Jim and Matt Davis caught us by the end of the last one and I went with them. Knee felt a little better on the cooldown but is sore now. 15 minute cooldown. Will throw some aleve at it and ice before bed. On another note, I realized I am eating potatoes at breakfast and french fries at lunch and dinner everyday and how gross that is. I should really start eating healthier.
