Comments:
This workout was pretty rough. Did take ibuprofen so shins were only at a dull pain and the grass at Whorf Park really helped. Recovery between 1000 were about a little over two minutes, and recovery between the 100s were about a minute. Did the basic leg work except squats. Unfortunately, I had a 15 second increase over the 100s each time.
