Weather: Hot and Humid 83 degrees

Comments:
Good First Run. Training for a 5K in 8 weeks. Ran with Doug Harland and Denise Metzgar. We started with 2 min run/walks then followed by 3min/1min run/walk. We ran along river road and I felt fine, never really under stress. Never had trouble breathing.
