Run Walk Workout

Weather: Perfect weather, sunny around 78 degrees

Comments:
Stretched before workout. Began workout with 1 min walk. Did intervals of 3min run/1 min walk. Was unable to complete 30 minutes. Shortened my last interval by running 1min45sec and walked the remainder of the workout. Felt a lot of soreness in my quads. Skipped lunch so may have contributed to lack of energy. Started hydrating around 2pm. Heart Rate was near maximum as I did not recover well from Oct 1st workout with 1st Place Sports. Should feel better in two days when I will do my next workout.
