hard to wake up, completely forgot i had to run when my alarm went off, but managed to get up, put on ma shoes on walk out the doors, the warm up was, slow my lges felt lazy so i relaxed and went, ( 2.04 miles)

16 X 200 @ 38 20-25 sec recovery.. felt alllrigh even though my legs felt amazzing my lungs didnt keep up for the last ones, got the on time however it wast easy

2 mile cooldown at slow pcae, tired upper body

legs feel fine, but my head hurts ( my knee is slightly bothering me along with my hip flexors) need to ice and strech...
