Comments:
1st mile ran great i kept up with cody, austin, erik and brady past a ton of people going down the hills 2nd mile meet my match and cody past me some where on the hill i was pleased to have kept that long in front of him had to walk a few steps to recover my knees got to brice and was pumped up again stuck with a kid till the intersection of the 3 miles burned it up hill gave more down the hills hit the bottom good pace to the bridge or so i planed when a centennial kid was on my tail then i kicked it in and stuck with him the last strech i tried to get in front of him i finnished shoulder to shoulder with him. guess what????? I PR'd!!!!!!!!!! :D maybe thining postive does help hah. thought:God, food, women, the map/course, more food, how i was feeling, time to beat (23:01), cars, and the sole fact that i wasn't going to walk more than needed because I CAN ^_^
