feeling good during the morning run rolled over into our kilometer repeats in Gordon Park, which turned out to be a good area for a workout. first one was slow because we had no idea concerning pace, and after it I felt like we were jogging. ratcheted the pace down to what it should have been after the first interval. when we hit 3 & 4, I thought I was going to flare out at the end from sticking with CKell for the first half of the workout but fortunately that didn't happen. our different running styles were evident: he'd get out fast in the first 400 and I worked the last 600 so we'd finish even. EthanT reeled us in for 7 & 8 which was good.
this workout was definitely a confidence boost. running well at Oberlin would be great to take down the Yeomen but that isn't the important race. 47 days.
