Comments:
attemped a swimming version of a surge workout. did 5 mins of freestyle, 1 min treading, 5 mins breaststroke, 1 min treading. continued that pattern for about 40 mins. was going to do an hour but got the wind knocked out of me by an overly zealous footballer-ish guy who (from a lane over) managed to swerve and swack me on my noggin mid-stroke. oh well. got kinda dizzy from that so i decided to play it safe and call it a night.
