Weather: 83 degrees, sunny

Today I started the run with a 5 minute walk warmup. Then I did 2/1 intervals of run walk 10 times. The training began to feel easier halfway through today's workout. I am looking forward to how I feel on Monday. No issues with muscles or joints. Quads are starting to feel better. Need to make sure I hydrate better during morning runs.
