Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Paced the varsity boys group for the first time in a workout, up the big hill on the woods loop. More challenging than I predicted, due to the length (not steepness). The boys had been requesting to "up and overs" where we continue going hard after the top (Anthony-style) that's what we did and I think it paid off well in the meet the next day. Definitely got me breathing hard and pushing some, but not an all out workout for me.
