hilly run at the bluffs

Weather: sunny, warm

finally drove out to the bluffs to tackle some hills and get out of the flat canal bank rut. it felt really good, it was fun and for the most part i felt strong, though my calves felt like they were going to explode when i went up the steep switchbacks.
