Weather: sunny, warm

. . . hopefully it will convince me to run harder and longer so i can get in shape. i really want to run a race again. also, i'm pleasantly pleased that i can still run at about 7min pace, even if it is only for 3 miles. soon enough i'll be able to bump it up. next week goal is 2x 6mi runs
