Comments:
I decided to try the well known "Yasso 800's", a VO2 Max workout for marathon training. The format is pretty simple. Run the 800's at your goal marathon time (2:40) with equal recovery. To warm up, I ran the course. For the first workout, I only wanted to do 5 800's. I was too fast on all of them but the workout still felt pretty easy.

I cooled down on the course afterwards but my stomach was twisted in knots...almost puked a few times. I got that heartburn feeling.
