Comments:
slightly more running today. for 3200m, alternating between jog 100, walk 100 and jog 300, walk 100. i seriously can't jog and this is a problem. i hit the mile point at 9:05. NOT SMART considering i basically walked half of it. ohhh and i felt pretty stupid by the end of this, lots of pain up the wazoo for a few hours afterwords. i even wanted to do more of a workout on the bike but noooo, i was in too much pain. i seriously have to not go this fast again.
