Weather: 80's! hot for October

Comments:
Man, I was pumped for this run, but after about 5 miles I just felt awful, and I felt crappy to begin with. Not sure why this was so hard, I know I took some days off, but I still put in a 14 miler just a week ago. I'm hoping the heat was the factor, and a little bit diet, because I didn't eat that well over the weekend. Legs still super sore, probably a combination of the leg lifting and faster run on Saturday. Knees not good considering I had 4 days off. I need to start doing stretches again. I was stupid to stop doing those but they just take forever.
