Got way over-heated! Note to self: don't dress like that for cross country practice! I ran fairly well, though! :D I wanted to go 8, but didn't want to run by my self, so I just went 7 with Cara and Marlena. Didn't run too fast, nice conversation pace. Did 3 extra strides at end (so a total of 7)
